- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Awful surgery! I have never been to a worse doctors. Very unprofessional and rude. A doctor had to look up my symptoms on the internet!! Always a queue at reception. Test results not ready when told they would be. Always a problem with prescriptions. I never leave reviews but I feel this surgery is so awful I needed to write one.by Sophie TuckMarch 02, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After booking an appointment on the instructions from my previous doctor at a better surgery. I was told that I would be contacted within 2 weeks from a specialised GP. However, after 6 weeks had passed I called through to a pleasant receptionist who stated that I had never been put on the list and required rebooking. So after waiting another 2 weeks for my 2nd appointment. I saw a different GP who told me that I was put on the referral list. Yet again 6 weeks have passed and one can assume that yet another GP has lied to me. This is the first visit to a GP surgery in recent years for me and I regard myself as a pleasant individual so the lack of professionalism from the GP's at this surgery is profound. The reception team are very pleasant, it is just a shame they have their hands tied by GP's that are yet to discover how to use a computer or stick to their word.by PaigeDecember 12, 2016
